National drop shipper carries a wide range of product, however, even though the products are listed most of the times the products are not available at purchase which could take up to 4 days before you are informed that the product is out of stock. Really bad for business and on-line shoppers. Therefore, the site needs to be updated in a timely manner. Product information is very descriptive. The ease of Navigation can be tricky since you have to click on several heading and sub-heading before seeing the actual picture compared to today's website where the products are right there in your face. Customer support is great in the beginning and initial set up of the site, however, $299 for set up cost and $19.99 monthly fee for site maintenance which doesn't appear that anything gets changed after the site is completed. Still not sure why the $19.99 monthly since other companies such as Worldwide just charge a 1 time membership fee. The fee is killing me since most of the items are always the same and not very appealing especially in the clothing arena.
In summary, I would not recommend National Dropshippers to a friend.
