I would have to say that if you need to manage your products, Inventory Source is gonna be one of your top choices. I would recommend them to anyone. Their service works great once everything is installed and they allow you to customize the data you load to your store. They reliably load the data I need every day and tell me how many products were loaded. They give me the tools I need to make sure I load what I want to load. I also appreciate that they allow me to work directly with the supplier rather than forcing me to work with them (and unknown hidden charges). They appear to be updating the site regularly and keeping things up to date, they just recently launched a brand new site. I've seen new features come out too. Support response time seems to be about average, development work takes a little longer than regular questions, but overall they seem to respond within a reasonable time.

In summary, I would recommend Inventory Source to a friend.

The main reason I joined Inventory Source was I was looking for some new suppliers. I had two good suppliers I used but I wanted to add a few more. With the free account access I was instantly able to view the suppliers, browse the product data (categories, prices, images, etc) for each supplier. This means I could research which supplier I wanted to use before I needed to apply to the supplier directly. The free account access was better then Shopster or Doba since it was free without some 7 days or need to cancel. It is free for as long as I need to use the account. The best aspect though is I can add data services for my existing website. They had an automation service to load my products, manage my categories and prices, and update price and quantity changes. The automation service came with a free push to eBay tool. I also added an Amazon automation to auto add and update 3 of my suppliers on Amazon.
